What formats do you deliver?

We deliver pictures in .jpg and videos in mp4. format.

If you need RAW format we happily provide them for a small charge

We received more pictures than we paid for. Do we have to pay for these extra?

What resolution do you deliver?

We deliver the highest resolution possibile, usually around 24 megapixel. Videos are delivered in 1920×1080, full HD. 4k on request.

How does the 72 hour/one week delivery guarantee work?

After paying the full amount we start to edit your order and deliver within the time frame.

If we can’t, we will deliver the work as soon as possible and pay you the full amount paid back.

When you paid at exhibition the time time start at 00:00 after collection the money.

You can use the pictures where ever you want, print or digitally, edit them, change the format… whatever.

Our job is it to capture moments and deliver them to you. Then our job is done and we don’t want to have anything to do with copyrights infringement. That is why you automaticlly buy all the rights, without any time limit or medium restriction.

Do what ever you want with the pictures where ever you want. It is as easy as that.

How long will our pictures be available online?

We store your pictures for one year and then inform you that we will delete them, so you can make sure to save them on your devices.

Or you can choose to extend the online gallery for a small fee.
